Served from an authentic 1953 vintage Chevy known as ‘Belle’, the Southern Crust catering food menu is both relaxed and professional. We’re not your typical catering company, that’s for sure. Part show, super friendly staff and scrumptious food ... can’t beat that!

Our truck set-up opens up with an all-weather awning, beautiful reclaimed wood serving tables, where you can see our chefs throwing pizzas and greeting guests and showing off our wood-fired brick oven. Yes, our vintage catering truck features an authentic, built-in Mugnaini Valoriani® Italian open-hearth pizza oven inside the truck, cooking up to three tasty pies every ninety seconds for your guests. The relaxed setting is a perfect fit for the majority of today’s special occasions, and you’ll find our Chef Team and staff - professional, courteous and super friendly!

Seasonal Ingredients and the Best Produce Available

The Southern Crust catering menu is second to none. With so many options available, including catering menu packages, a la carte options, on-board craft beer taps and wine service, and more.

We aim to provide the best, local produce and seasonal ingredients available. Our award-winning pies start with the world’s best Caputo ’00 flour and San Marzano tomato sauce or our original white sauce.  We then top our signature pies with a selection of fresh greens, vegetables, and a range of cheeses and meat or meatless options. Packages and Pricing

Fine print: Fees to include 25% vintage truck production fee, 8.9% sales tax, and travel fee if applicable outside the Greater Metro area. Gratuity is not included as we like to leave that up to our clients' discretion as to if, and how much. Because our food is prepared in a health inspected, ServSafe® certified kitchen, all food served during cocktail hour and dinner service must be provided by Southern Crust Catering. Wedding cakes and deserts do not apply to this restriction.
