What has changed since Proof of the Pudding acquired Southern Crust?

As always, we are dedicated to creating anything BUT average food experiences. That’s why we made it a point to keep our Signature Pizzas while enhancing our menu with new seasonal options. And although ‘Belle’ has a new home over at the Proof of the Pudding headquarters, it’s still ready to travel to all your parties! Do you offer packages, à la carte, or both?

We offer catering menu packages, à la carte options, on-board craft beer taps and wine service, and more. Head over to our menus page to get more details.

Do you have dessert options?

Yes! Our Catering, Wedding, and Small Party menus all feature delicious dessert options. Our signature option (and personal favorite) is our wood-fired Southern Crust S’mores!

What is your food ingredient philosophy?

We take pride in providing the best, local produce and seasonal ingredients available to us. Our award-winning pies start with the world’s best Caputo ’00 flour, followed by San Marzano tomato sauce, garlic oil, or truffle oil base. We then top our Signature Pies with fresh greens, vegetables, a range of cheeses, and meat or meatless options.

Do you make accommodations for guests with special dietary preferences? If so, what can you accommodate?

We can take care of guests with dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free or dairy-free, by making their pizzas to order. All we need to know is how many guests require these restrictions beforehand. If guests have Celiac, we ensure that we make their pizzas on our gluten-free dough first while the oven is in a gluten-free environment. For guests with nut allergies, we strongly recommend avoiding the selection of our pistachio pesto pizza, as we cannot prevent cross-contamination. For vegan guests, we recommend ordering our Farmer’s Pie, which can be made with one of our oil bases.

What beverages do you provide?

We provide tea, lemonade, water, and Coca-Cola products. Beer and wine need to be provided by the client, due to GA State Law. We recommend ordering through Tower Beer, Wine & Spirits, who can quantify & coordinate client pickup or delivery of your alcohol purchase to our warehouse. How many guests can you serve?

Our Small Party package can serve up to 25 people. All other packages are priced per person. However, labor-intensive events or those with more than 50 people may require additional staff.

What is your average per-plate cost?

$22-60 per person, depending on your chosen package. À la carte items are priced per menu item per person. All prices are subject to taxes and a 25% production fee.

Do you offer different per-person rates for children?

Of course! We offer our menu packages to children 10 and under for $15/child.

Where do you travel?

We will travel anywhere within the Metro Atlanta area. Extra charges may apply to locations outside that area. If our truck requires towing to set up at a venue (due to distance, and/or terrain, or as deemed necessary after venue inspection), there is an estimated charge of $1,200. Please inquire for more information.

Do you provide tableware?

We provide disposable paper plates, napkins, and forks. We offer an option to upgrade to bamboo plates as well.
